Hello KHS Alumni,
As some of you might know, I have been encouraging the alumni, through the "General Discussion" message board kingsbury.proboards4.com/,
as well as the Guest book on our Alumni home page,
www.kingsburyalumni.org/
to use our KHS Alumni message boards, in order to get the latest news about our Alumni, and keep up with, or contact old friends.
In my last message, I asked people to sign up, or edit their existing message board accounts, using their own names, with maiden name included, and their graduation year, instead of a nick-name that old friends probably would not recognize. (Out of the 533 members that have signed up, most use nick-names, or even multi-listings with different nick-names or E-mail addresses that can't be recognized by anyone that hasn't been able to keep up with them)
Well, just like back at Kingsbury, it seems I don't have much luck at convincing anyone about anything. LOL! But, once again, I would like to emphasize, that you can leave your E-mail address hidden, so you would never receive unsolicited mail, or you can sign-up for a free KHS Alumni E-mail account at: kingsburyalumni.mail.everyone.net/
that you can use, just for the KHS Alumni message board and web site, and you will never have to update it as you change your primary or personal "home" E-mail account. You can even set up a "NEW KHS Alumni E-mail" alert that will notify you when someone has written to you. You never have to check your KHS mail, unless you are notified of a new E-mail. However, like most free accounts, you must check it every four months, to keep it active. A small effort for such a sweet deal, I think.
I hope this will convince more of you to sign up or edit your existing account, and also encourage the alumni that you still keep up with to do the same.
